Sinarmas Sekuritas marked SimInvest’s fourth anniversary with an investment competition and forum aimed at strengthening education and capital market participation.

Sinarmas Sekuritas marked the fourth anniversary of its digital investment platform SimInvest by organizing the Simversary Investors League 2025, a months-long trading and investment competition aimed at strengthening investor engagement and financial literacy. The event ran from August 1 to December 30, 2025 and drew more than 2,168 participants who competed in trading equities and investing in mutual funds through the application. The competition was designed to provide a structured environment for investors to test strategies and deepen their understanding of financial markets while interacting with other market participants. By combining competition with education, the program reflected the brokerage’s effort to cultivate a more active and informed retail investor base within Indonesia’s capital market ecosystem as the platform reached its fourth year of operation.

The program concluded with a private winners gathering held on Thursday (1/29) at Eco Deck, Plataran Senayan in Jakarta, where Sinarmas Sekuritas presented awards to competition winners and recognized loyal users of the investment platform. The event also featured an “Emiten Talks” session involving several Indonesian listed companies, including PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), PT Wahana Interfood Nusantara Tbk (COCO), and PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMFI). Executives from the companies discussed their respective business strategies, industry challenges, and the outlook for 2026. The discussion aimed to provide investors with direct insights from corporate leaders, helping participants better understand sector dynamics and incorporate fundamental perspectives into their investment strategies.

Sinarmas Sekuritas said initiatives such as the Simversary Investors League form part of its broader strategy to expand retail investor participation through digital platforms and investor education programs. The brokerage emphasized that fostering dialogue between investors and publicly listed companies can strengthen transparency and support more informed decision-making in the capital market. The platform itself has been positioned as a digital gateway for Indonesian investors, offering access to equities, mutual funds, and research insights through a single application. The firm said the competition will return in 2026 with expanded prizes worth billions of rupiah, reflecting continued efforts to deepen engagement with retail investors as digital participation in Indonesia’s capital markets continues to grow.
